Our take on a classic Aviation uses Dry Fly Gin and Side Hustle Syrup's Lemon-Lavender simple syrup.

As lilacs start to blossom, grab a few and use them as a garnish to give this cocktail another local ingredient!

Ben Butler of Cease & Desist Book Club in Downtown Spokane provided our Dealer’s Choice cocktail for Spring 2022. The Squire on Fire combines a variety of spirits in equal parts. Redemption Bourbon and Rye provide a bold base that will appeal to whiskey drinkers looking for a nice drink before dinner, but the Averna and Grand Marnier smooth things out to make this an excellent night-cap.

As the drink scene grows in Spokane, vintage-style drinking vinegars are finding their way back into the mix. Drinking vinegars serve as a versatile addition to any beverage with tart, fruity and sour flavors.

If there’s one pepper to look forward to every summer, it’s the gloriously tasty Shishito pepper. Shishitos have thin cell walls with very little flesh, roasting and blistering them gently softens the pepper to yield a tender, fully edible pepper. Take advantage of them while they’re in season with this sweet and flavorful salsa!
