Noelle is a passionate and devoted Sommelier with 15 years experience in fine dining and the realm of exquisite wines, learning a great deal along the way from phenomenally talented restaurateurs, chefs, distributors, winemakers and fellow Sommeliers which has served to deepen her love, appreciation and pursuit of knowledge in the world of wine. She has worked for local gems including Satay Bistro, Angelo’s Ristorante, The 315 Martinis and Tapas, The Cellar, Vine & Olive, local winemakers Castaway Cellars and a stunning gallery wine bar Liveforblu. Most recently, she has worked to curate the collection for Candle in the Woods, offering varietal specific information to guests and pairing wines with their many courses served each night.
It is Noelle’s desire to bring exceptional, rare and beautiful wines, made in sustainable, innovative ways, to the tables of our community – and to create community amongst those at the table, the way wine is, and always has been, meant to be enjoyed.
In 2020, she obtained her Introductory Sommelier Certification and is pursuing her Certified Certification in 2021. In the near future, she hopes to achieve candidacy for Advanced (Level Three) Sommelier. She is also certified in Food and Nutrition, and Soil Health and Composition, working in conjunction to give insight into food and wine pairings and the cycle of the grape – from earth to glass.
