Edible Inland Northwest is excited to be working with Waffles4Wheels to launch #ChefShowAndTell. Our goal is to share recipes that have a personal meaning to us or that you might be able to whip up with ingredients you already have at home.

As we are all facing different degrees of isolation and quarantine, we encourage you to share recipes of your own using the hashtag #ChefShowAndTell and reach out to your local Meals on Wheels organizations as they help to serve our most vulnerable neighbors.

Yesterday when Governor Inslee made the announcement that bars and restaurants statewide would be limited to take-out and delivery only, I think many of us were shocked but not surprised. This is a global outbreak with local repercussions.

We want to help support our community as best as we can, so we will be compiling and sharing news, stories, and updates from local businesses.

If you have news to share, need help, or just want to contribute, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@edibleinlandnw.com or via social media and let us know!

We may be self-isolating, but we are not alone. I’m convinced that this episode will only make our community stronger.

Stay Well,
